Why NSIA
Every child should have the opportunity to discover their talents, build confidence and follow their own path.
The school places equal importance on academics, co-curricular activities, sports, life skills and values. Students learn in an environment where they are encouraged to participate, explore, ask questions and become increasingly independent learners.
NSIA's school programme includes student-centred teaching, experiential learning, arts, sports, STEM and technology, alongside remedial support and opportunities for leadership and service — backed by the educational legacy of Nirmala Memorial Foundation.

A CBSE curriculum that focuses on conceptual clarity, application of knowledge, communication and skill development. Learning is designed to build good work habits, self-discipline, resilience and confidence as children progress through school.

Academics are supported by sports, music, dance, speech and drama, art, robotics, public speaking, competitions and field experiences. Children are encouraged to participate, explore their interests and develop confidence beyond the classroom.

North Star is built around the belief that every student matters. The school places importance on individual differences, inclusivity, mental wellbeing and close partnership with parents, with the aim of creating an environment where children feel happy, valued and supported.

Project-based learning, hands-on activities, thematic learning, role play, dramatization, flipped classroom practices and portfolio building are part of the school's approach. These experiences encourage children to participate actively rather than learn only through instruction.

Students have opportunities across athletics, football, cricket, basketball, skating, chess, yoga and other indoor and outdoor activities. Training focuses on fitness and skill as well as teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship and confidence.

North Star International Academy is part of Nirmala Memorial Foundation, which has grown from its beginnings in school education into a wider group of schools, colleges, teacher education and skill-development institutions. The Foundation continues to place equal importance on academics, co-curricular learning, culture and sport.
NSIA works with specialist organisations to bring greater depth to areas beyond the academic curriculum.
